Familiar Farewell: A Ritual Candle for Mourning & Memorializing Your Pet

For many Satanists, our familiars are family. They share in our joy, comfort us without words, and are companions on our journey. Losing a familiar, like losing any other family member, can be a devastating blow.

I created Familiar Farewell as a tool to memorialize our pets that have departed. You can use it while performing my Familiar Farewell ritual from The Devil’s Death: Your Satanic Companion for Grief and Dying, during your own ceremony, or simple in remembrance of a lost companion.

The candle is scented with lavender and rosemary, scents known for their relaxing effects, and is dressed with frankincense, rosemary, and lavender - resins and herbs used for centuries for grief and mourning.

Each candle contains a gilded heart charm that you can use for jewelry to memorialize your pet.
