Private Practice Terms and Conditions

By booking a private session or support package with Shiva Honey / Serpentinae LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Payment & Refunds
All private-practice bookings, sessions, and support packages are non-refundable. Your payment reserves time specifically for you and may also include preparation, personalized recommendations, written reflections, materials, or other work performed outside of the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. With sufficient notice, your payment may be transferred to a new appointment date.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, and no-shows are considered used and are not eligible for refund or transfer.

Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly so that subsequent appointments are not affected.

Multi-Session Packages
Packages and longer-term support containers are purchased as a complete offering rather than as individual appointments. Once purchased, the package is non-refundable, including for sessions a client later chooses not to use.

Individual appointments within a package may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice. Appointments missed or changed with less than 48 hours' notice are considered used.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offering, all sessions included in a package must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

Scope of Services
Private sessions may include spiritual guidance, ritual, divination, education, creative consultation, grief support, and related practices depending on the service booked and the client's preferences.

These services are educational, spiritual, and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services. No particular outcome or result is guaranteed.

Client Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and interpretation or application of information discussed during a session.

Technology & Virtual Appointments
Clients are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and private environment for virtual appointments. If a significant technical issue on Shiva's end prevents the session from taking place, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Agreement
By completing your booking and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Private Practice Terms & Conditions.
